The Great Florida Teach-In, a statewide job fair for educators, will be presented in a virtual format for the first time this year.  From their own computers, candidates and employers will be able to post electronic versions of resumes and vacant positions.  Searching and screening for suitable matches will be easier and more efficient for everyone.  This year's Great Florida Teach-In is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2009.  Candidates will be able to search job postings between July 15 and 21 and interact with district recruiters in real time on July 22 between 8 A.M. and 6 P.M. ARE YOU READY TO TEACH IN FLORIDA?

		Are you a U.S. citizen or do you have legal authorization to become employed in the U.S.?
		Do you have at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited or approved institution in the subject area in which you would like to teach?
		Do you have certification to teach in Florida or have you applied for the Florida educator’s certificate?

If you answered "yes" to these questions, you are ready to become a teacher in Florida.  View the districts, charter schools and exhibitors who will attend the Great Florida Teach-In.
