The Florida Department of Education partners with five districts to recruit, train, and support teacher candidates. Through this grant, districts can provide these candidates with teacher training based on the Florida Educator Accomplished Practices, financial incentives for teaching in high need schools, and mentoring support from high performing teachers. See the boxes at the left for more information on and links to our partnering districts. |
